Job Description

Agility Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Problem Identification and Documentation: Identify, define, and document problems or situations that require attention or improvement, and locate, collect, and organize information that enhances the understanding of a problem or situation.
  • Analysis and Design: Study, examine, and interpret complex situations by separating them into discrete components, simplify and better understand how the components fit together and why they are arranged in particular ways.
  • Software Solution Development: Analyze, design, and champion software solutions through configuring existing systems and possibly writing some basic code.
  • Complex Salesforce Object and Process Management: Construct, configure, and maintain complex Salesforce objects and processes.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and update documentation, and provide technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customers' business requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide and support teams across multiple client engagements by providing technical thought leadership and guiding teams on standard methodologies for design and development.
  • Innovation and Reusability: Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, accelerators, and work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery.
  • System Landscape and CRM Solution Delivery: Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end states, and deliver a CRM solution.
  • Technical Expertise: Have a technical foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce, and experience with the Lightning Framework on the Salesforce platform and JavaScript frameworks, design patterns.
  • Security and Agile Methodology: In-depth knowledge and experience of the Salesforce security best practices and deep understanding of Agile methodology, and experience in designing workflow rules to carry out business processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar technical degree.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience working with configuration practices for cloud-based solutions, i.e., Salesforce, and 4+ years of industry/CRM experience with 2+ years as an enterprise/platform architect.
  • Skills: Proficient in SQL query language and relational databases, experience with system integration and ETL processes, Visual Importer experience a plus, and understanding of and ability to maintain Apex versioning.
  • Methodologies: Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and LWC and Aura component experience - 3+ years.
  • Leadership: Shown and rich experience leading large Salesforce programs end to end.

This is a remote position with no travel expectations.
