Job Description

Associated Scaffolding Company is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as a Construction Laborer.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to assist with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding on construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading scaffolding from trucks to job sites, as well as performing various tasks as assigned by the foreman or manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding
  • Load and unload scaffolding from trucks to job sites
  • Perform various tasks as assigned by the foreman or manager
  • Report to work promptly and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Physically able to lift 70 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to climb and work at heights above 30 feet
  • Bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English)
  • Availability for night and weekend work, as well as overnight travel
  • Valid in-state driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Basic hand tool knowledge
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced work environment
