Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. This role will be responsible for supervising the efficient daily operations of the department, with a focus on managing warehouse associates and implementing action plans.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage warehouse associates to ensure efficient daily operations
- Implement action plans to improve productivity and efficiency
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
