As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train production technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks effectively.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all work meets SERVPRO's high standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and customers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all projects, including job files and documentation.
- Cost Management: Manage project costs, ensuring they are within budget and that all expenses are properly accounted for.
Requirements:
- 6+ months experience in the fire and water restoration industry
- Valid IICRC WRT certification preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Subject to criminal background check
