Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Bolthouse Fresh Foods. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials and products within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate electrically powered industrial truck equipment to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products/materials within the warehouse.
  • Conduct daily inspections on assigned equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
  • Complete and maintain quality, inventory, and preventative maintenance documentation.
  • Direct, identify, and track materials using radio frequency scanning equipment as they are moved.
  • Physically rotate materials to ensure proper aging and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to relocate materials to the proper department for utilization.
  • Unload, transport, and store all incoming materials/finished goods using WMS.
  • Adhere to and support company regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with email and general computer operation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience using a warehouse management system, including RF scan guns, VMU units, and handheld RF units.
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing, preferably in the food or beverage industry with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Physical Demands
  • Environment exposure – cold/wet conditions (40 °F or below).
  • Material exposure – moving mechanical parts.
  • Required to climb stairways.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50-55 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period during shift.
