Job Summary

Bolthouse Fresh Foods is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for operating electrically powered industrial truck equipment to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products/materials within the Warehouse, CPG, and Natural Ingredients departments in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections on assigned equipment
  • Complete and maintain quality, inventory, and preventative maintenance documentation
  • Direct, identify and track materials using radio frequency scanning equipment
  • Physically rotate materials to ensure proper aging
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to relocate materials to the proper department
  • Unload, transport, and store all incoming materials/finished goods using WMS
  • Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Adhere to and support company regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with email and general computer operation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience using a warehouse management system
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs

Physical Demands:

  • Environment exposure – cold/wet conditions
  • Material exposure – moving mechanical parts
  • Required to climb stairways
  • Must be able to lift up to 50-55 lbs
  • Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period during shift
