- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: Spanish/Bilingual required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Victra offers a competitive compensation package, including a base rate of $11.00/hour, uncapped earning potential through commission, and paid training. We also offer a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment.
