Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; an Associate's degree is preferred.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with robust leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, and restaurant operational procedures.
  • Food Handlers Certification and Food Safety Certification (requirements may vary).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting as necessary.
  • Regular immersion of hands in water and cleaning solutions.
  • Proficient in using computers and office equipment.
