Vaco is seeking a seasoned Head of Professional Services to lead our ERP implementation team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of ERP solutions to our clients, ensuring successful project outcomes, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ERP consultants, providing guidance, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored ERP solutions to meet their requirements.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to grow our ERP implementation business.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our ERP implementation processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of ERP Experience: Proven experience in implementing ERP solutions, with a strong understanding of ERP systems, and their applications in various industries.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs, and develop tailored ERP solutions to meet their requirements.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $225K - $325K per year, with the possibility of discretionary bonuses.
