Job Summary

The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more 6-bed homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This position provides a lot of autonomy as the Residential Coordinator creates staffing schedules, completes food and supply orders, trains and supervises care staff, and ensures that all necessary services are being provided to the residents of their assigned home(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of one or more 6-bed homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Create staffing schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Complete food and supply orders to ensure the well-being of residents.
  • Train and supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Ensure all necessary services are being provided to residents.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • One year of management/supervisory experience preferred.
  • 21 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license and licensed driver for at least 3 years.
