Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Care professional to provide support to adults with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living skills
  • Ensure proper care and support for individuals with IDD and/or mental health diagnoses
  • Collaborate with clients and their support teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
  • Minimum of six (6) months direct care experience with MH/IDD individuals
  • Valid Physical/TB screening (within a year)
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Ability to complete and pass or produce a PA State Criminal Background
  • Valid Driver's License and personal reliable transportation
