Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, dermaplaning, and microneedling
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Legally certified Esthetician within the jurisdiction of employment
  • One year or more experience in the field of esthetics
  • Excellent knowledge of skin care products and treatments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

The Esthetician will work in a spa environment, with regular exposure to chemicals and other skincare products. The ability to lift at least 30lbs is required, as well as the use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity, and fine motor skills.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $16/Hr+, with a commission and bonus structure based on experience.
