Job Summary

Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Cardiac Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in tracking heart rhythms and vital signs to detect any abnormalities or changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment.
  • Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient status, initiating interventions as needed.
  • Perform regular patient assessments, documenting changes in condition, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements
  • Current RN state license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a telemetry or cardiac care setting.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
  • Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and telemetry monitoring.
