Position Overview
Pilot Flying J is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Supervisor to assist in managing our bustling quick-service restaurants.

As a Food Services Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant General Manager and play a crucial role in overseeing the restaurant operations within a travel center.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Filling in for the Restaurant General Manager as needed
  • Assisting the GM in selecting, coaching, training, and developing team members
  • Directing and assigning tasks to team members
  • Creating a positive work atmosphere for all staff
  • Expediting food service and aiding in food preparation
  • Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a robust food safety environment
Compensation

Pay rates starting between: $38, $55,920.00 / year

Qualifications
As a Food Services Supervisor, you must possess exceptional leadership and customer service skills, demonstrating integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

Additional requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required
  • Minimum one year of food service management experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
