Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Manager to assist in running our high-volume, quick service restaurants within our travel centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Restaurant General Manager in managing the restaurant operation
  • Selecting, coaching, training, and developing team members
  • Directing and assigning work to team members
  • Creating a positive work environment for team members
  • Expediting food service and assisting with food preparation
  • Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent team leadership and customer service skills
  • Integrity and accountability at the managerial level
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Minimum one year of food service management experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
