Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Fitness Coach to join our team at Equinox. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Development: Build and maintain an active client base through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Schedule Management: Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems.
  • Service Delivery: Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members, while ensuring a safe and organized fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
