Amedisys, a leading home health and hospice company, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to promote home care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about home care services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices
  • Coordinate patient admissions with the team, including obtaining required documentation
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess patient needs and identify barriers to care
  • Keep accurate records of patient interactions and referrals
  • Achieve admissions, product, and payor-mix goals
  • Meet short and long-term target account goals
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare-related business development/outreach role
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and liability insurance

  • Attractive pay with base salary between $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
