Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and prepare plants and other freight for delivery
  • Select, clean, and prepare plants for installation routes
  • Make deliveries of new installation work orders and replacement work orders
  • Maintain installation and color kits
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles
  • Perform vehicle washing and maintenance
  • Assist with general property and facility maintenance
  • On a seasonal basis, assist with delivery of holiday foliage and décor
Essential Functions
  • Lift 10 lb. water buckets and/or load and unload 50-75 lb. plants and containers throughout the day
  • Climb ladders and have good dexterous use of both hands
  • Use scissors, pruners, hand saws, hoses, and other small tools
  • Apply leaf cleaners and insecticides using hand-held pump sprayers
  • Have a satisfactory safe driving record and professionally communicate with clients
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Physical stamina to work in a variety of weather conditions
