Key Responsibilities

The LPN will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting ongoing patient assessments and documenting care.
  2. Implementing nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  3. Providing direct patient care and ensuring patient satisfaction.
  4. Collaborating with nursing assistants and delegating tasks as appropriate.
  5. Adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Work Environment

This position requires the ability to manage physical demands, including lifting up to 25 pounds and maintaining mobility throughout shifts. The LPN will work three 12-hour shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Team Collaboration

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the LPN will engage in effective communication with nursing staff and physicians to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
