Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This role is pivotal in providing essential speech and language therapy services to students with varying communication challenges.

About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy tailored to the individual needs of students.
  • Conduct detailed assessments and create customized treatment plans that address each student's specific communication goals.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a school environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, families, and colleagues.
