Job Summary

The DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our Patient Care Services Team, you will provide exceptional patient care and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination
  • Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient care delivery
  • Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
Qualifications
  • Graduation from a school of nursing required
  • BSN preferred
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
Work Environment

This is a part-time position working night shifts. The DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability.
