About the Role

As an Intermediate Retirement Income Specialist at USAA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial security of our membership. Your primary responsibility will be to assess members' current retirement income needs, provide expert advice, and make recommendations based on their individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess members' retirement income needs and provide personalized advice
  • Develop and communicate effective retirement income strategies
  • Recommend relevant financial products and services
  • Monitor legislative initiatives and economic trends that may impact members' financial situations
  • Educate members on retirement risks and strategies to mitigate them
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in the financial industry or sales
  • Retirement Income Certified Professional Designation (RICP) or equivalent
  • US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
