**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of commercial and industrial building projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review all tender drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work upon receiving the invitation from the main contractor, consultant, or clients.
  • Source for suppliers and request for quotation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Estimate, take off bill quantities, and measure ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Sanitary and Electrical services from tender drawings for commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Prepare price comparisons and costing summaries, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Prepare all relevant administration and documentation for tender submissions, including technical data, schedules of unit rates, and catalogue submissions.
  • Manage resources, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Attend to clients' inquiries and achieve customer satisfaction, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Work with project engineers to ensure compliance with contracts and monitoring of project costs, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
  • Responsible for preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets, and cost control, and settlement of the final account.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software.
