**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mesa, AZ. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine physical improvements, responding to emergencies, and implementing preventative maintenance plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine physical improvements, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general property maintenance and upkeep.
- Respond to emergencies in accordance with departmental protocol.
- Implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of related work experience and technical training.
- High school graduate or GED required, technical school training in maintenance-related courses are preferred.
- Ability to understand and interpret design documents, manufacturer's specifications and written operational procedures.
**Benefits Package:**
- $27 an hour and up, depending on experience.
- $3,000 Sign-on bonus (new hires only).
- 90% employer-covered health insurance.
- 401K employer match.
- 20 days of PTO to start + 11 paid holidays.
