Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Staff Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in geology or a related field and have a strong willingness to learn and grow with our company. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of public water supply wells, geologic characterization, well siting, drilling oversight, well construction, and implementation of aquifer testing plans, sustainability studies, wellhead protection plans, and regulatory permitting.
