  • Operate and oversee web press machines along with all related auxiliary equipment.
  • Lead and mentor the press crew to achieve and surpass production benchmarks.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for team members.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols while continuously seeking operational improvements.
  • Assist in providing constructive feedback for employee performance evaluations.
  • Encourage collaboration among crew members and across shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on all assigned machinery.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience as a multicolor web press operator is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and nurture team growth and development.
  • Strong knowledge of press setup and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and focused on quality and safety.
  • Must be capable of fulfilling all physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
