We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our most vulnerable patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice
- Bachelor's of science in nursing preferred
- Critical Care Nursing experience preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required based on patient population
- Speciality certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
