Position Overview

Aardvark Studios is in search of an experienced and professional Vehicle Operator for a nationwide experiential marketing initiative. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of DOT regulations and electronic logging devices, along with substantial experience driving box trucks under 26,000 lbs.

This role involves traversing various locations across the United States, making it perfect for those who enjoy traveling and discovering new environments. All travel-related expenses, including accommodations and per diem, will be fully covered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the vehicle, strategize driving routes, and oversee all vehicle logistics, ensuring DOT compliance and logging hours of service.
  • Facilitate event load-in and ensure safe vehicle placement at event sites.
  • Vehicle Setup:

    Attach necessary equipment, activate the generator, illuminate lights, and establish IT components such as WiFi, sound systems, and microphones.

    Prepare the event area and arrange all brand-related elements.
  • Monitor and address any mechanical, technological, or equipment-related issues during events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized event footprint, managing packing supplies and disposing of waste.
  • Run errands for tour supplies and refreshments for staff.
  • Disassemble, pack, and secure all equipment and brand elements post-event.
Qualifications
  • Clean driving record.
  • Experience with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Mechanically and technically adept.
  • Client and company service-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid Real ID/USA Passport and willingness to travel across all US states.
