As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning procedures in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Operate floor care equipment, such as buffers and extractors, to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Respond to Housekeeping pages and perform tasks as assigned by the Environmental Services Director
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve a clean and safe environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and push/pull a maid cart or linen cart continuously
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and reach continuously throughout a shift
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and other hours as needed
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
