Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including guest rooms, corridors, and common spaces, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Report any maintenance deficiencies or safety hazards to management and take corrective action as needed.
  • Restock cart and supplies at the end of each shift and complete additional deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of cleaning experience, with previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers to ensure understanding and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
  • Marriott experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a valid State Driver's License and clean driving record.
