Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in McKinleyville. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service from initial phone call to check-in and check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive company vehicle to and from the airport as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license required.
