">Compensation
">The estimated salary for this position is between $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience.
">Responsibilities
">- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
- Orient patients to hospital routines and provide emotional support as needed.
- Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to NLH policies and procedures.
Requirements
">- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- No minimum educational requirement.
Working Conditions
">- Lifting, moving, and loading up to 50 pounds.
- Alternate shift schedules (day, evening, nights, weekends).
