Job Title: Rehabilitation Coordination Manager

Children's Hospital Los Angeles is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Coordination Manager to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the rehabilitation process for our patients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Manage and coordinate rehabilitation services, including therapy sessions and equipment
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as rehabilitation counseling or healthcare administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in rehabilitation services, preferably in a pediatric setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software
