We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Insurance Professional to join our team as a Multi-line Insurance Agent at Staff My Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to build relationships and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity, ensuring that our products and services remain competitive and relevant.
  • Analyze sales data and market research to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethics in all business dealings.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our client base, leveraging your industry expertise and network.
