The Batch Poly Operator will be responsible for the effective setup and management of the extrusion process. This role is crucial in ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage the extrusion machinery
  • Conduct sampling and oversee the extrusion operations
  • Perform laboratory checks on samples
  • Execute color assessments, visual inspections, and chip weight measurements
  • Communicate any operational issues to the control room

Work Schedule:
This position involves 12-hour shifts, working 4 days on followed by 4 days off, with a rotation between day and night shifts each month.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is $22.58.
