As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide timely and accurate information on orders, status, and product knowledge.
You will also process customer orders, changes, and returns, resolve customer complaints, and work closely with the Operations Supervisor as directed.
In addition, you will review and maintain customer databases to track information on account details, statuses, orders, and lead times.

**Responsibilities:**
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels
* Provide timely and accurate information on orders, status, and product knowledge

**Requirements:**
* Associates' Degree in Business and/or Related Field
* 2+ years of Customer Service experience in the manufacturing or construction industry
