KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Make beds, change linens, and create an inviting atmosphere in each room.
  • Restock amenities, towels, and other necessary supplies as needed.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Vacuum and clean carpets and floors to ensure a spotless presentation.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or damages to the appropriate department.
  • Follow established health and safety protocols diligently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
