Evaluate and treat patient populations for therapy needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Physical Therapist I, Neuro Outpatient Rehab, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and families on therapy needs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
- Establish treatment plans that address patient deficits and involve the patient/family in their care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy needs and provide information on adaptive equipment and support programs.
- Supervise and delegate care provided by physical therapy assistants according to established licensing laws and practice standards.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- CO Physical Therapist licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
