Job Title: Licensed School Clinician - Master Level Norristown School District

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed School Clinician to join our team in Norristown, PA. As a School Clinician, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to students in a school setting, working collaboratively with district personnel to provide prevention, case management, and consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students based on referral from school district staff.
  • Provide training and information sessions for parents and other stakeholders on mental health awareness and risk factors.
  • Facilitate/co-facilitate groups within the schools as well as in the community as needed, utilizing evidence-based curricula.
  • Accurately enter service documentation into the electronic health record and data into the required reporting systems within established time-frames.
  • Assist with crisis intervention/prevention services.
  • Develop strong working relationships with schools through respectful communication and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related Human Services discipline.
  • Licensed Associate Counselor or Licensed Social Worker.
  • Experience working with children and families in a school or clinical setting.
