Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Arlington, Texas. As a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients and professionals.

Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to work with students in a local contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, screening, evaluating, and sharing results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team. Additionally, they will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students, review goals and objectives, and make recommendations for appropriate care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and screen students to identify communication and learning needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students, including setting goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with parents and the school interdisciplinary team to share results and develop care plans
  • Provide response to intervention for students with varying needs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Texas SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ASHA Certification
