About the Role

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs, providing them with the support and therapy they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with speech and language disorders
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and direct treatment sessions in a home health setting
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to develop and implement effective home programs
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state-issued professional licensure
  • Valid state driver's license
  • CPR certification
  • Pediatric clinical experience preferred
  • Home health experience preferred
