Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physician Assistant to join our Interventional Neuroradiology team at Johns Hopkins University. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with attending physicians to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform emergent, urgent, and routine image-guided procedures under the direction of an attending physician.
  • Assist with patient evaluations, including reviewing medical history, performing physical examinations, and ordering laboratory tests and imaging studies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the most appropriate care course is pursued.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to coordinate patient care and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and certification by the NCCPA or similar national certifying body.
  • Completion of a CAAHEP-certified Physician Assistant program.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related clinical area, with proficiency in the area of specialty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
