Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor business leadership on our Operating System, providing guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
  • Coordinate execution of our Operating System Adoption, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Conduct Lean Maturity Assessments and develop improvement paths to help our teams optimize their processes and improve efficiency.
  • Document complex business processes and optimize operational processes to ensure that our organization is running at its best.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions to help our teams set goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for an engineering degree.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience implementing lean tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate results effectively.
