Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from $59,059.65 to $79,230.63, based on a standard 38:45-hour work week. Compensation is determined by skills and qualifications, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Job Description

This deployable position requires extensive travel throughout the U.S., working closely with our Weather Catastrophe Claims Services team. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, explaining coverage, estimating damages, and guiding them through the claims process with remarkable service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and decision-making skills
  • Physical agility to perform tasks such as walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, stooping, frequent lifting, carrying, unfolding, and climbing a ladder
  • Ability to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST)
  • A valid driver's license is required

Location and Travel Requirements

This position involves extensive overnight travel throughout the U.S., often requiring deployment to various locations. While deployed, Claim Specialists will work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day, with provision for a Catastrophe Day Off and a Provisional Weekend every few weeks. May work outside domicile location for extended periods and may be required to work additional hours, overtime hours, or non-standard hours.

Typically works varying shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need and may work in adverse weather conditions and challenging physical environments. Deployments may be both onsite or virtual.
