The role involves working on a rota basis, including alternate weekends, to provide 24/7 support. You will work in partnership with customers to maximize their independence, promote progression, and support them to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.

As a key worker, you will maintain an up-to-date support plan and risk assessments, and work as part of a wider team to achieve our service goals. You will use your organizational skills to facilitate the day-to-day support provided within the service and have excellent communication and recording skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and hold a NVQ2 or equivalent qualification. You will be a positive, practical person who is flexible and able to build professional relationships.
