About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Investment Consultant to join our Branch Network team at Charles Schwab. As an Investment Consultant, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a proactive outreach strategy to existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business and increase revenue.
  • Conduct needs-based analysis to understand clients' financial situations and provide recommendations on investment products and services.
  • Collaborate with experienced Financial Consultants to learn best practices and develop skills in client relationship management, business development, and financial planning.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Branch Network.
Requirements
  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program).
  • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment).
  • A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment).
  • 2 years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Ability to leverage business development experience and passion for gaining knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services.
