Key Responsibilities:

Setting the Standard: Managers are responsible for establishing the store's atmosphere, modeling appropriate behavior, and promoting a positive and energetic environment.

Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client happiness is crucial, as our establishment thrives on exceptional service and a stellar reputation.

Team Development: Managers oversee team dynamics and morale, cultivating a nurturing environment to retain skilled professionals.

On-Site Management: A manager or assistant manager must be present at all times during store hours, managing opening and closing shifts. Managers are expected to work some Saturdays each month.

Scheduling & Coverage: Balancing team scheduling requirements while ensuring sufficient coverage is maintained.

Inventory Oversight: Responsible for managing inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensuring cleanliness in designated areas.
