Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Professional Services Division. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our customers, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business requirement workshops with customers and document business processes
  • Map customer business processes to Aurigo software solutions and develop solutions to solve customer problems
  • Maintain customer expectations on project scope and deliverables
  • Develop and document system designs, functional specifications, and user acceptance tests
  • Work with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Travel up to 10-15% annually to support customer projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Certification in business analysis (CBAP or CCBA) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team
