About the Role
This role requires a strong background in Linux kernel development, with experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team. You should have contributed to the Linux kernel in the form of code, fixes, and upstream reviews. Your expertise will help drive operational improvements and influence the team's development roadmap.

You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to deliver secure, stable, and performant Linux kernel builds. Additionally, you will review code from peers and provide feedback, mentor and develop junior engineers, and interview candidates. Your contributions will be recognized through various benefits, including a competitive salary range of $151,300-$261,500/year, depending on location.
