Your Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will be an integral member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering comprehensive health histories and conducting thorough physical assessments.
- Educating clients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care.
- Providing guidance and training to clinical staff and students through various educational formats.
- Engaging with patients and families in a respectful and timely manner.
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
Qualifications
- A valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NC.
- An active DEA license and NPI number.
- Experience with patient charting and EMR systems.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
Essential Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Timely presentation of clinical documentation.
